You are all such fantabulous people, all this strength and wisdom in one place. We really should bottle it and sell it! We'd be rich beyond our dreams!!

I know you are there when I struggle and moan, as I know I will again, so I had to be sure to let you all know that when it goes well and times are great, I appreciate you all just as much!

Aww bless you, obviously having what we call a "surge of love!". We love you too! We all have crap days and are all here to support each other through the highs and lows to slimdom!!
