i made a herb garden (quite smug!!)

Ive made a herb garden in my garden, but as im still learning a lot about cooking etc.. ive got all these herbs and dont really know what to cook with them!! i put chives in my mash the other night, that was lovely! anyone got any suggestions? ive got oregano, rosemary, basil, corriander, chives, lemon thyme, mint errrrr..... think thats it?

Oregano will go into a tomato based pasta sauce to make it extra yummy

You could have minted lamb chops

Or fresh mint with hot water for a refreshing drink

make sure u only plant mint in a pot as it will take over the garden......garlic and horse radish are another easy herb to grow.......i have flat and curly leaf parsley.......i grow all salad and melons in my greenhouse.........love the smell of the tomatoe plants.....good luck and watch the slugs and snails as they show their face when the weather gets warmer..........
