I have to say you and Lily have inspired me to start making myself move a bit more and get some exercise in, so, thank you :bighug:
And I've heard there is no cure The only real exercise I've done is going for a few walks. Mostly I'm counting tidying and cleaning which comes as a big shock to both me and Emma. Tis all a bit scary really.Just realised no positives yet today. so

OMG you must have caught it from Jackie too. Was last night I was out it was to "the Rural" the WI for folks who live in the middle of nowhere. Not everyones cup of tea I realise but was a talk on patchwork & quilting which I've always wanted to have a proper go at.OMG that cleaning bug is highly infectious. I've been cleaning all morning and I hadn't even read your diary
