Happy Easter to you too. No new snow this morning but it was ffffffffreezing overnight Still a fair bit lying in the fields and on my driveway. Supposed to be cold for all this week too. ;D

How are you? Been absent again over the easter weekend with all thoughts of diet out the window. Did not even weigh myself. Was home (Wishaw) for the weekend so I enjoyed time with family & Friends, ate & drink too much!!!

Sounds like you had a good w/end and that's what matters. I'm quite close to Wishaw too nearest hospital from home.
Good luck getting back into it. Oh how I wish it were only 4 and a bit weeks. Tragically it's still 6 and a bit. Ho hum.

Hope you had a good one. We had another flurry of snow overnight - what's with this weather. Hope the tabs help but apparently you get a quicker and more effective dose from the sublingual liquid which is what I was recommending for you. Tabs should help a bit though.

they were out of stock but will get some when i am in town next week - providing the snow ever stops - it has snowed here all day and it actually settling - its crazy
