i messed up!

hey guys!
well what can i say i've totally messed up this week! i was on day 24 and everything was going well i was totally 100% up until then. then i cracked i had some fish the next day i had some chicken! seriously i dont know what happened! i know its not like i sat and ate a loaf of bread but still i've totally let myself down i was doing so well and now im petrified for weight in tomorrow! should i tell my pharmasist i cracked? im so dissapointed in myself as i was so strong! im determined to put this week behind me as i've worked far to hard to mess up!
i hope to god i havent put on weight this week. i feel bloated and awful! im absolutely disgusted with myself!

i just thought i should come clean!

Draw a line in the sand and get over it and move forward. we are human, we all have times of weakness!!
I havent been on the diet long enough to know what effect this will have on your loss this week but wait and see how your weigh in goes anyway.
Get back on track and dont feel guilty about it anymore.

I know it is not ideal Vanilly, but the way you are reacting is positive, in that it should keep you on track from now on..

Please don't beat yourself up about it. Just start again and whatever happens on the scales, tell yourself it was a one-off and will never happen again.

You have done really really well so far, so don't dwell on one little mistake.

To be honest I don't think it will affect your loss this week much at all. It's not like you had a bar of chocolate and loaf of bread or anything, it was only some fish and chicken.

Just learn from this mistake and remember how you feel right now and even write it down if you have to, read it if you are feeling tempted and I'm sure you wont break LT again.

really think about it it's only protein bet you'll be
fine for weigh in tomorrow don't beat yourself up
