I met with my cdc, and i start tomorrow!

I seen the cdc and i will be starting tomorrow!

i am doing the 1200kcal diet.
My daughters were not in when she arrived, but when they arrived in, my middle daughter was crying, and ran up and gave her a massive hug

so that gave us all a giggle lol.

I have got my shakes for 2 weeks, and she said to email/call her when ever i am struggling or have any questions. I just can not wait to get started!!!

She told me lots of different ways to have the shakes to.


So getting some shopping to make sure i have the stuff i need in for tomorrow!

Hi Elaine, welcome to this forum.... lots of good advice on here if you need and dont be afraid to ask anything, if you are going through it, one of us has been through it too... or just come on here for a bit of support when you are struggling, to take your mind off of food for a while.
