WARNING- MAY BE A TMI THREAD- DO NOT READ IF DELICATE!!

Since starting LT I've only been 'going' once a week, and only with the help of fibreclear. I tried senna a few times and found it useless, so last week and this week I tried taking 2 ducolax. Now I was a bit wary after people on here posting saying they were very strong and would cause cramps/diarrhoea etc. but I needed to 'go'!!!
Well, it didn't do a thing last week, and this week I went this morning- 16hrs after taking them, and it wasn't diarrhoea, not even 'normal', it was (sorry!!) pellets?!?!?!:eek::eek:
Is it possible I'm immune to them? LOL!

Sorry you are having such a "hard" time! I only go every 3-4 days and yes, they look like large rabbit droppings! I don't have any difficulty, though, my body just tells me it's time to go! I had bought a pack of ducolax, just in case but not felt the need to use them. I just feel that we have very little waste to get rid of.

I know what you mean. The 'pellet's' didn't concern me, it's the regularity of getting rid of them! LOL! I feel it builds up then gets uncomfortable, then it gets close to my weigh-in & I haven't gone, and I panic and try to go so I'm not heavier because of my stupid digestion! I wonder if theres a 'stimulant' I can take on LT? My daughter had a lazy bowel when she was a baby and took something, but it'll probably knock me out of ketosis or something?
    Ah well...
Sorry if I'm going into too much detail!

You probably still have food in your system on day 3 (gross I know!). I went okay-ish the first week, but not at all (until day 7) the second week, so my pharmacist gave me the fibreclear, which hasn't helped noticably?
