i need a buddy

Hello there,
I need some support, someone to kick me up the bum and encourage me to keep going when the pork pies are calling my name (don't even like pork pies but since i have been on this diet they look so tempting).
I am 25 and live in glos. Need to lose about 5-6 stone and thought the diet was going well but i am really, and i mean really struggling.
People have already started to notice that I am losing weight but I hate missing out on all the social things.
My boyf went out sat and sun evening to the pub and i was left at home. I hate not having the choice and there is no way i am going to our local and ordering water.
I need some advice from people around the same age who find themselves struggling in the same situation.
We live in a little village and our socialising revolves round going to the pub and going round friends to eat and drink.

Not too sure if your gonna like this, but if you really think that your gonna struggle on SS, then try the 790kcal. weight loss is almost identical, but at least you can have a meal a day and still be losing...

As for the drinking side of things, sorry but that has to be a no no. Alcohol is stricting forbiden on any CD plan. It doesnt have any nutritional value and 1gram alcohol has about 7 calories (if im not wrong)... so you will have to stick to your water. YOu could maybe drink coke zero, but only in moderation and try never to exceed a glass a day, as it has malic acid which could slow your weight lose down

i can give up the alcohol, i think i just need to start drinking fizzy water cause at least that looks like a g&t or something.
I really want to keep on going but and love the results but its really hard.

I'm just at the beginning of trying to lose weight. I am horribly heavy for my age especially as I want to work in musical theatre lol.

I am training classically as a singer and am planning to start classes in ballet, tap, street dance, yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics etc.
