i need advice from all you sages

hi everyone,
i have been on my lighterlife journey for just under 2 weeks and at the moment this is the furtherest i have got. i have been working nights this week and last night i was so depressed and so emotional which i can't deal with because i don't like to show my emotions which now i think as a great deal to do with my eating habits and i managed to convince myself to stop doing the diet and do a less gruelling regime so i lapsed (ah yes lapsed not threw the diet away i only lapsed) i chose a relativly healthy option and thought ahh normal diet. i went home with every intention on coming off the diet even though i was doing the pros and cons of it and i wake up this evening and i had a very insightful dream so i am really happy to say i am back on track and currently looking in to the reasons why the choices led me to go there so i wont go there again i feel actually very good about myself that i was able to come back on this diet without badwill and thinking oh god here i go again i was straight back on it and i WILL stay on without straying..

Well done for deciding to get back on track! That's the first, most crucial step. Give yourself credit there.
I think you made the right choice, after all you've probably already gone down the "healthy eating" routes before or else you wouldn't be on this diet. And you will never find a long term solution until you actually sit down and deal with what causes you to lapse etc in the first place.

Well done you! :D give yourself a treat for getting back on track. No use in punishing yourself, because at the end of the day it'll only make you feel worse.
