I need to find a good quality cheap last min holiday... how/where?!?

Can anyone/Sharon help me please? I am looking for a week's holiday departing around the 5th of September, as I need to be back on/by the 13th, but the budget is max 250 squid per person (for me and my fiance) and we want to go somewhere hot, by a beach and nearish a resort but as quiet and child free as possible... anyone got any suggestions?? I can only seem to find garish magaluf-type places for that budget online and am beginning to dispair
