I only lost a pound x

    Hya,

    this is my 3rd week and I have lost a pound,not much but still a pound off, each friday I go to boots to weigh myself as I dont go to meetings, I am hoping for more next week, good luck to everybody else x x

    any loss is a cause for celebration! If you google 'what does a pound of fat look like' you will be surprised just how much it is! very motivational - i printed a picture off and it is on my fridge as a reminder!

    Your losses are fab so far - well done and keep going! You will reach goal in no time!

    Well done, a pound off is still a pound off! :)

    I missed my meeting last Monday, so today's weigh-in is actually for the past 2 weeks. So, in the past 2 weeks I've lost 1 and 1/2 lbs. :D I was hoping for 2, but meh - so long as the number on the scale is going down, it's all good. :D
