    Good luck with it, the things I've had so far have been absolutely delish (treacle pecan granola & 3 bean&chorizo soup). It all looks so nice as well. How much do you want to lose?

    really happy that you enjoyed the food, I am looking for a total upto 40-50 kg up to december :) that's my long term target. at the momment 10% of my current weight until 14/04/2009...

    Providing you stick to the plan - you will not need luck !!!

    It is a fab diet (in fact I don't really feel like I am on a diet at all !) and I have enjoyed all the yummy food ! :rolleyes:

    But of course I wish you lots of luck with your will power because you certainly will need it in the early weeks as you will be re-educating your stomach and brain in terms of what you may think you want/crave.... :confused:

    I am now in such a routine with it all, it has almost become a way of life !! I feel full when I eat now and I am only hungry before a meal, I no longer crave chocolate like I used to and my only deviation has been the odd meal out (and I have tried to stay as low GI as poss when eating out) and a few evenings having a glass or 3 of wine !! - which incidently I do miss......
    I would recommend this diet as a healthy and happy way to lose weight !!:D
