so ive been calorie counting since January this year, and had been doing really really well up until Mid April.
Before i was on 1300 calories a day and exercised approx 3 times a day. i lost 19lbs, which i was very pleased about.
BUT........
i fell off the wagon. i started alowing myself tooo many treats, which then became, "ill start again tomorrow". which then became "ill start again on Monday".
This has now been happening for at least a month, and although i have not gained any of the weight back, i just feel fatigued and my tummy is all of a sudden very bloated again.
today i have vowed to get back on track, and i even bought a pilates dvd, and some rollerblades (love rollerblading). Fingers crossed for this to be offical start again!
