I am just starting my 2nd week and have lost 6lbs so far but have a staggering amount to lose - at least another 5 stones to be totally happy. Just wondering are you guys exercising every day and doing loads of activities??? I'm not sure just how much I should be doing as I have cut down on alot of calories so far!!! Any suggestions/advise would be appreciated :) xx

Loobie, I'm not personally doing any exercise (well not going out of my way to do any but I'm generally busy and walking around doing things a lot). But I'm a bad example, it's safe to exercise on TFR. :)
