I am a everyday scales hopper and my excuse was that it kept me on track but after a few bad weeks I made a promise that I would only get weighed at class. I think not knowing how I was doing kept me on track more because if I m doing well mid week I start being a bit lazy with portion sizes etc but this week I was on track the whole time and I lost 3lb. Yay!!!! And it was a lovely surprise it felt like my first week all over again. So home scales bin.... At last.
