Extra Easy I stayed away from the scales

    I am a everyday scales hopper and my excuse was that it kept me on track but after a few bad weeks I made a promise that I would only get weighed at class. I think not knowing how I was doing kept me on track more because if I m doing well mid week I start being a bit lazy with portion sizes etc but this week I was on track the whole time and I lost 3lb. Yay!!!! And it was a lovely surprise it felt like my first week all over again. So home scales bin.... At last.

    Must admit I hop on the scales every day then I count Monday as my "weigh in day" and record what my weight is every Monday.

    I think it keeps me on track so if by Thursday weight hasn't moved I try harder. But if I see a pound loss I think, ok, perhaps I might get down another one by Monday.

    When its a STS though I think why the hell am I doing this!

    I was exactly the same but realised that when I was doing well I would be naughty and if I saw that I wasn't doing very well I would think that I wouldn't be able to pull it back and I would give up. We will see how my next WI goes.
