I think i am asking a stupid question but.....

I'm not sure if it speeds up exercise - I think you're safe to do maybe an hour's gentle swimming or 20mins of aerobics and stuff rather than go mad. I think sometimes you get a bit heavier at first because your building muscle - or that's what I've heard...I'm sure someone knows a lot more than I do! I've been doing 20-30 mins on the wii fit - mostly balance and aerobic exercises - tried the yoga (that was a joke :) - i nearly passed out) and I do the odd 3 mins of "jogging" now and then. x

If you wanna target your waist and tummy area then the best thing to do is twist your arms round from side to side (whilst they're out horizontally away from you) and then whilst they're away from you then you move one arm down so you reach round towards your toes and then the other side. And for your back and thighs rowing squats are good, you don't go all the way down only like halfway and then you pull your arms in with you when you go down and put them back up when you go up (like rowing machine but standing) x
