That might also be why your weight loses have slowed down Coljack. Not enough water.
 
I rarely drink pure water - I either add Robinsons no added sugar squash apple & blackcurrant, or I like the flavoured waters you get from Tesco or Sainsburys - they are free and have a slight fizz (not fizzy) and taste much softer than water on its own. I know I should drink water, but I really don't fancy it. I also drink only about one or two cups of decaf tea a day after giving up my coke addiction about 3 years ago.

Have you tried the superspeed soup from the recipe thread - that made a difference to me.
