I took the plunge!!! My first week of slimming world has been a success, i've lost 4lbs and feel great, ready for the next week!

My new online business has been launched (it's www.gift-shop-girl.co.uk if anyone wants to look!), v scary!

Have spent far too much time on this website and found the recipie for fat free sponge cake, going to go shopping tonight for the ingredients for that, oh and some vegetable raviolli as thanks to you guys I found out that thats FREE on green!!

And am going out for first bike ride tomorrow afternoon, weather permitting!!!

My new start has started well, as you may be able to tell, i'm quite happy!
