I vanished now I'm back!!

I'm so sorry I vanished and went off the rails I have blew my diet!! I had a bit of a scare been bleeding randomly and it's not my time of month so doctors have done a cervical cancer smear, I get the results Friday so fingers crossed. So had a tea and biscuit day today but back on it tomorrow. I have started recording yoga off sky, brought 2 DVDs and brought a new bike. So wish me luck!! Missed you all lots x x

Hugs Lyndzi! We all get bad times so don't be too hard on yourself, you'll soon get into the swing of things. Good luck with the results on Friday, sure it'll all be fine. Could just be the change in your diet that caused it, our bodies are funny ol things!
