I`ve been weighed!

Went for my first weigh in at class tonight and I`ve lost 3lbs.:D

I`m really pleased as I`m still finding my feet with the plan. I think the thing for me is to be more organised with planning out my meals.

I`ve sat tonight and written out a meal plan for the next few days.

Good job! I find I do better when I fill in my menu plan. Keep up the great work! :)
 
well done barbell, its best to be organised imo with sw, it saves alot of hassle and you're more likely not to have any slip ups, congrats :D
 
WEll done, fantastic start! Keep going, lots of people on SW do incredibly well, sounds like you are going to be one of them!
 
Great news! Bet you're over the moon. If you can do that when just getting your head around the diet, imagine how fab your future losses will be when you've been to image therapies and understand the diet.
