For a red lunch I can think of:
-eggs on HEX B toast (vary it: poached, boiled, fry light fried etc.)
-'brunch': eggs, bacon or ham, mushrooms, tomato, HEX B toast
-Slimming world quiche with veggies, meat and HEX A cheese
-'wraps': meat slices with HEX cheese slices and diced vegetables, rolled up
-slices of meat or poultry with salad & HEX B crackerbreads
-French toast: HEX B bread dipped in egg, fried in fry light and finished with sweetener and cinnamon with fruit salad
-HEX B baking potato with extra lean mince chilli & HEX A cheese and salad
Lots of those use HEXs but because you have two on Red days, you shouldn't be too restricted with the rest of your meals
