At 22st 7lb and 50 dancing isn't that easy I have just ordered my total solution Exantie diet.
I have tried diets before and it hasn't been the diets that failed but I that failed the diet, hence the reason for joining the forum and hope that by doing so I take strength from the many success stories on here.
Any tips are always welcome
