I was feeling like that at weekend, We all have times like this..:( But don't give in sweetie..Just think about how bad you will feel if you ate, And also think about how you will feel when you get down to you're goal weight ;) NOW STEP AWAY FROM THE FRIDGE MISSY :D:D

You WILL eat with your oh soon, it's only a very short time that you wont when you look at the big picture. And how good will you feel when you can go out for a meal with him all slim, slender & looking stunning! stick with it hun it will go quicker than you think.

You are doing so well and offer such a lot of support to others on here so its good to shout up on a bad day. Just make sure you listen to everybody and don't eat!!!!

It won't be that much longer and then you can be back to eating with your family again honest x
thank you hun this means alot saying i offer a lot of surport on ere. i got over the eatting period and i am ok just sat her drinking my water trying to catch up. school runs started this morning so i get 40 minute walk in morning and 40 minute walk in afternoon plus all the chasing we do chasing baby around the house lol.

everyone i am glad i am not the only one wanting to and not just shows i am not alone thank you soooooooooooo much xxxx

My eldest would say "eat if you want to but then you can't say you haven't cheated on your diet!" The guilt always gets me and I resist!!! She is so good at making me feel guilty!!!

Well done for resisting. I'll loan you my teenager for the weekend when you get to target and you can go out for a meal with Mark!!! (You don't have to send her back!!!)

thank you all i am glad i didnt eat and it was good that i am not the only one who feels like it.cuddlyfairy i sure ya will want ya teenager back lol xxxxxxx

I felt like that the other night, so I did. I had a tiny grilled chicken breast and a handful of salad.

It was less than ok, it was pointless. I did it more to socialise with my o/h. I wasn't really craving food at the time, it tasted nice but I didn't feel any better (or any worse) after it.

:sigh: It will probably mean I won't have lost as much on my next WI as I would have if I hadn't had it, but it taught me that food isn't everything I guess.

I stayed in ketosis though, which is a bonus. Also, I only had 2 shakes that day so I don't think I overloaded on anything I shouldn't have. I also picked up the diet where I left off without the 'cheat' leading to a binge, and that gave me a bit of a boost, tbh.

I shouldn't have done it but I did. :(

there was a man and his wife that done this and they still lost 5 and 6lb it didnt effect there weight lose at all.

Perhaps, but I don't necessarily think that would apply to everyone. I don't think that a few mouthfuls of protein and a bit of salad would do any harm in itself, it's what it leads to. Some people wouldn't be able to leave it at that, it would lead to picking at something every day.
