i so badly want to sit and have a cooked meal with my oh!!
You WILL eat with your oh soon, it's only a very short time that you wont when you look at the big picture. And how good will you feel when you can go out for a meal with him all slim, slender & looking stunning! stick with it hun it will go quicker than you think.
You are doing so well and offer such a lot of support to others on here so its good to shout up on a bad day. Just make sure you listen to everybody and don't eat!!!!
It won't be that much longer and then you can be back to eating with your family again honest x
I felt like that the other night, so I did. I had a tiny grilled chicken breast and a handful of salad.
It was less than ok, it was pointless. I did it more to socialise with my o/h. I wasn't really craving food at the time, it tasted nice but I didn't feel any better (or any worse) after it.
:sigh: It will probably mean I won't have lost as much on my next WI as I would have if I hadn't had it, but it taught me that food isn't everything I guess.
I stayed in ketosis though, which is a bonus. Also, I only had 2 shakes that day so I don't think I overloaded on anything I shouldn't have. I also picked up the diet where I left off without the 'cheat' leading to a binge, and that gave me a bit of a boost, tbh.
I shouldn't have done it but I did.
there was a man and his wife that done this and they still lost 5 and 6lb it didnt effect there weight lose at all.
