I want to lose 4 pounds by next Mon.

You can do it .... gallons and gallons of water, stick rigidly to the shakes and soups as these have slightly less calories than bars and tetras (I think).
 
You can do it, SS 100%, loads of water and motivation and you'll be fine!

I'm trying to stick to little mini goals, taking it a day at a time. I find this works for me, when I started this journey, I was convinced that I would not be able to stick to it for more than a couple of days. 8 weeks later, here I am still here!
