I want to lose 5 pounds this week,Ideas?

    I stay 100% on this diet [LL],I want to lose 5 pounds this week,any ideas to help make it happen? It would take me to 10 stone 13 pounds, I think it will almost happen but I want it so bad.work out? , dont work out ?, more water?I want this............
    Thanks for any ideas.

    Water, water and more water! It's not a guarantee as your body will lose weight at varying rates according to your menstrual cycle but it's the only thing you can do, apart from sticking to the diet 100%, to try and maximise your loss.

    i would try going for a walk for about 30mins as often as you can and drink shed loads of water!!! good luck, will keep my fingers crossed for you. It will be harder for you seeing as you haven't got that much left to lose.

    I lose 8lbs (not sure which week this was but look at my signature) the week I decided to walk everywhere!!! I prob walked about 2-3 miles a day. It didn't seem it but all the short walks added up. I also drunk all my water everyday!!
