I want to reduce Weight and don’t want to regain

    i tried some exercises and diet plans to loss fats and i have even succeeded but as i left that Diet Plan, i again started to gain weight.

    Please suggest me a Diet plan and exercise that helps me to loss weight on permanent basis.

    The reason most diets 'fail' is because we treat them as a short term plan to lose weight and think that we can just come off the diet and go back to our old ways and NOT put the weight back on!? The old ways are the reason we are overweight in the first place.

    I do Slimming World which isn't a diet but more of a lifestyle. I will use the principles of SW in my every day eating for the rest of my life and it has taught me to eat healthily whilst being satisfied and still having treats.

    The easiest way to know if a diet is going to work long term for you is by looking at it first and asking yourself if it is a regime you can see yourself sticking to forever

    Taz is right, it should never be a diet, it should be a lifestyle change. One you can stick too :D

    try SW or WW ...it may guide you into what you need ;)

    Lifestyle is what it's all about, I've learned more about healthy portion sizing and healthy eating as a full lifestyle which means I will hopefully never go back to my old ways.

    I agree. I've always failed in the passed as I gave up on the "diets" and went straight back to my old ways.

    This time I'm going it alone and although the weight loss is a lot slower than before I'm not struggling in the slightest as I've just changed my attitude to food & my lifestyle so this time I can't fail.
