Well done - try not to get into weighing too often, it can lead to disappointment sometimes! Once a week on Exante is good, gives you a real boost when you see how far the scales have dropped in a week. Keep up the good work. :D

That's brilliant news, well done :) It's so motivating when you see it coming off like that.

I have to confess I'm still addicted to getting on the scales. I must try and stop doing it, and learn to trust that everything is OK.

Well done. I'm a serial weigher when I'm dieting too. I'll try my best to stay off them between weigh ins but it is very tempting isn't it.

haha thanks everyone. i was just really excited and had gone home for the weekend and saw the scales in my mums bathroom and before i knew it had jumped on. resisting till tomorrow morning's official weigh in :)

tuesday mornings are my official WI. finding it really hard today, had a late night and slept badly, march seems so long off. on a bit of a downer. x
