So I went to weigh in last night, after missing 2 weeks and not really staying on plan for the most part.
Was expecting to gain a few lbs or stay the same at best.
I got on the scales and I lost 3lb!
Not a massive amount over 3 weeks, but certainly far, far better than expected =]
It must have been down my last ditch attempt at eating low fat super noodles and cup a pastas for the last 3 or 4 days
Has put me in a very good mood =]
