I needed to weight myself because I'm not going officially until I've used all my old shakes up so I needed to know where I was and hoe much I'd lost when I go next week.

I'm quite happy too cus I was convinced I'd crept to way above 15 stone but I'm 14st 9lbs which is only a pound heavier than when I last began so at least I'm only at square one and no worse.

So here's to some good losses eh? :D

    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!

Well that's something! I would have weighed too! I think you need to know how much you are losing for encouragement.

Yep good idea to weigh yerself before you go for your first official weigh in so you know how much you have lost. After that though chick just stick to the one weigh in a week at your chemist on the same scales! :) xx
