I went AWOL! What's been happening?

I went away for a week and was without internet! Shock horror!

I stuck to the plan and lost 3lbs this week after staying the same last week (which was a bit rubbish).

Anyway, what's been happening? Any gossip/exciting news to catch up on?

im good hit over the four stone mark yeah, not been doing much just on the wii xxx buying cloths in smaller sizes that fit , and plodding on as u do lol

I just had to buy a load of new clothes - particularly after the embarrassing moment of my tracksuit bottoms falling down when I was out jogging! Nice view for everyone I'm sure :-/

Anyway, I bought them all on ebay and sold my bigger clothes to make up the money. Very satisfying!
