So....have woken this morning feeling positive and have started my day with my usual bran and coffee breakfast (35g bran + 250ml milk - my Healthy A+B choice). I use the rest of my milk allowance in coffee and tea during the day.

I am currently on reading block (Nursing student) and fine being at home with no routine a challenge in maintaining the positive attitude and not sucumb to the bisuit barrel.

I have also changed my carbohydrates for wholewheat or brown ones and use fybrogel daily, this seems to have helped the bowel issue :sigh:

Another good day today, apart from the slight naughtiness of a spoon full of ice cream that I was dishing up for the boys :( oops!!

Breakfast - bran and milk
Snacks fruit
Lunch - missed lunch

Dinner - ragu and whole wheat pasta mmmm lush!!!

So far so good :)
