Hi, so I have started my diet since feb and I am 2.5 stones lighter then before. Which is goo I know but I have a target and at the moment I'm going the wrong way :(. I've put on 1/2 a kg cus of a family wedding (no excuse I know) and during the month of April I've hardly lost anything. I have set A weight target for every week and a the moment I'm 4 kg behind the weight I should be. I'm going to the gym today and even that's going to be a struggle I know cus I haven't been since kids have has soo many holidays. I'm just feeling sorry for myself I think I just want to curl up and hide away.....:((

well done you should be so chuffed with yourself for loosing that much! i no how hard it is.

course you will do it! i used to be on every diet going and musnt of lost more than half a stone before putting it all back on. now i' m on a long term plan that i can stick to (and eat choc!)

i think what is 6... 8 month (to my goal) when i have tried every short term diet and been unhappy for years!

keep at it, i have days like this where after a week i stuck to my healthy eating and only lost 1/4 of a pound- but i look back and all the 1/4 of a pounds do add up!

Just think of what you have lost. Don`t beat yaself up about what has been done, look at today as a restart back to weight loss. 4kg isn`t that bad. you can do it and good luck with it.

Any weight loss is great. It's hard when you see only a little weight loss, but be happy your losing. A little slip up here and there happens, just forget it and start a fresh. Adjust your goal and good luck :)
