Hi, so I have started my diet since feb and I am 2.5 stones lighter then before. Which is goo I know but I have a target and at the moment I'm going the wrong way
. I've put on 1/2 a kg cus of a family wedding (no excuse I know) and during the month of April I've hardly lost anything. I have set A weight target for every week and a the moment I'm 4 kg behind the weight I should be. I'm going to the gym today and even that's going to be a struggle I know cus I haven't been since kids have has soo many holidays. I'm just feeling sorry for myself I think I just want to curl up and hide away.....
