Just got round to starting a food diary to try and keep myself on track! Lost 5lbs at my first weigh in so that's made me determined to contine! Going to Paris in 9 weeks and would love to be slimmer for that!

Week 2:
Tuesday 26th March 2013

Breakfast: 2 slices 400g wholemeal toast (hexb) quark
Lunch: Prawn pasta salad: lettuce, onion, pepper, prawns, pasta, thousand island dressing light (think this is freee....?)
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese (toms, onion, pepper, carrot, mushroom), mozzerella (hexa) and red onion salad
