    Hi All

Just wondered if anyone else suffers with IBS and how the diet has affected this. I personally had a very good period (about 6 month) prior to starting LL and although i'm not too bad every 3-4 days i get diarrheoa (if you can call it that! ). Other days i go normally but it's the urgency thats the problem. I had a bit of a problem with anxiety when IBS first started and i'm worrying, although trying not to, about getting caught short  because it could trigger so many problems for me.

Would really like to know if others have noticed any difference in symptoms.

    Hi,

I was diagnosed with IBS in 1997 and 10 years later (2007) i had a private intolerance test done and it turned out i didnt have ibs at all :eek::eek: but was intolerant to milk, yeast and egg. All that medication for nothing:(

I cant help with the LL query but i can say that when i do eat products containing theese products i get bad symptoms (wont go into details here;))

I would reccomend intolerance testing though!!:):)

I am sure others will be able to help with your specific LL query

Wow, Beaubride. Good job you didn't do LL then because the base of the packs is skimmed milk. You would have reacted badly.

Hia Pokerstar, how's things with the packs just now? I know you had a rough start with eating them, has it settled down now?

interesting thread as I have IBS & was wondering! Nightmare isnt it! That TOTAL panic to get to a loo on time...never didnt but have come painfully close a couple of times. Horrible.

    Hi Amandajayne

I'm ok i still only have chocolate cold but it's ok. I was daring this morning and tried the lemon bar and it wasn't too bad, although i only ate a quarter cos i'm going to try biscuits with it later. Most important thing is it's working!! and on that subject WELL DONE YOU!! I read your diary entries.

Thinking about trying some Fibregel, has anybody else tried this for diarrheoa/IBS?
