Ice pops- lolly

I no its cold but I was looking at Lollys today and some that I was looking have less than 50 cals got to say I'm sorry happy I found these as I love ice lolly any time of the year and more do in the better weather I no what my snacks will be haha. Got to say it was a nice find xxx

I make my own ice lolly,s I have some of those Ice lolly moulds and put orange juice, or diet lemonade or some squash in them.

Oooo that sounds a great idea should really do that as there most be less cals?? Xxxx

Yeah I think so because it has the lack of added sugar and what not. I don't know for certain because I haven't worked ice lollys out yet. Too cold lol

Couldnt you not freeze some low fat yoghurt? Sort of like a creamy lolly? Not sure what this would be like, might have to give it a go when it gets warmer.
