    Does anyone know the syn values for ice tea? The bottled kind such as NesTea or Lipton, I love these drinks and so far have been avoiding them since starting SW again as I can't find syn info anywhere...

    If anyone has any idea of the syns I'd be very grateful :)

    WOW... Thanks hun... guess I'll be leaving them in the fridge for a while hehe... Had no idea they'd be so high in syns... Glad I checked before just assuming it'd be alright lol x

    Yeah really not worth the syns!!

    A curly wurly is only 6 syns and I know which I would rather have!! :p
