Iced Latte - perfect summer drink

Hi everyone

I've been struggling with using my HEA's on Red Days and started to make Iced Latte:

Handful Ice
350 skimmed milk (HEA)
1.5 tsp coffee
1tsp sweetner(more if you like it sweet)

Then blend the lot, and its sooo yummy and filling too. So if you struggle like me, give this a go. You could add vanilla or choc essence (free) to this too before blending)

Sound really good eternal - although the last time I used ice in my blender it broke it - I was frozen spinach if I remember right. But I will have to look at getting a replacement one as I think the hubby would like it too with vanilla essence.
