I just realised that I posted this on the ww points section and it's seems really quiet there

In brief...does anyone have the correct points value for the whole pack?
I read in a thread here I read that they are 8 points for the full pack of 8 so obviously 1 point each...BUT my paper caluculator works them out at 1.5 points each so 12 for the whole pack, not 8.

Does anyone have a shopping book handy for the correct points value please...I didnt buy one on Wed when I re-joined in case I fell at the first hurdle...but I really need one, will buy one on Wed but for now I'd really appreciate it if you could look in your book for me pleeaaasse

I ate 7 of these pancakes last night so need to know for my tracker.

i posted it and from my pack with my actual calculator i made it 1 each.
If you post the nutritional imfo on here someone will do it for you, as its not in my shopping guide.

so it's not in the guide

pack is 270g
100g ovenbaked is 230cal & fows 0.7g
1/8th ovenbaked is 76cal & fows 0.2g

I used my paper calculator to work it out and I feel that it's not as prescise as the electronic calculator.

I thought it would be easier for me to work out the 1/8th and times it by 8 and when I did this I got 1.5 each so 12 for the pack
The reason I got this is because top line of points finder is cals and the nearest to 76kcal is 80cal, then the nearest to 0.2 on fats o.w.s. is surely 0.5 and not 0 because there is actually a fat content??

And that's how I get the 1.5 each

allison, I just went to the other thread...

well I guess that my paper calculations are off, I really thought that I should count the 0.02g of fows as .5 rather than zero, but that's wrong then, that's good good news then, if 2 of you get it at 1 pnt each then who am I to argue (not that I was of course).

So, I did carry some points over to today then, big points... even better
