Iceland shoppers!

There's a few threads on Lidl, Aldi etc but wondered if anyone knew of any syn free/low syn Iceland stuff? In particular frozen meats.
I go on holiday today and when I get back am hitting the SW hard so wanna be prepared!

I got a tendercooked steak & peppercorn sauce from iceland £2 & 2 syns, nice & filling x

They do sliced lamb in minted gravy which is free on extra easy I have it with their carrot & swede mash with is 1 syn for a whole pack. It's lovely

I know there is a thread somewhere on iceland or if you search on google. I found loads of things that are free from Iceland... I know the beef in Gravy is and also the chicken tikka spears... That's all I can think of off the top of my head! I will try and find more
