Ideal timescale on 63lb

    Just wanted to try get a rough idea on how long it should and could take me to lose 63lbs.

    I have set myself a goal of 12wks. Am I aiming way to high?

    I would say 12 weeks in unrealistic , 16 weeks would be a sure thing if you stuck to it :)

    I agree with Katie.. .the average lost is about 12lbs a month so you are better off setting your goals around that.

    good advice already given as always, and i agree 16 wks would be realistic, 12 would be fab but i think ul be setting yourself up for disappointment. maybe have a look through some posts and see how long it took others to lose 63lbs, especially those of simular build to u. good luck tho on losing your 63lbs :)
