You could have that toast HEXb. Syn the cheese mix it with some beaten egg and worcestershire sauce or mustard. Add onion, peppers or tomatoes. Wack it under the grill! If you fancy it have it :D

Thanks for the suggestion! Sounds good already had my bread today for my hexa earlier so just ended up having an omlette for tea

Bread isn't a HEA - it's a HEB. HEA is calcium based, ie milk or cheese; HEB is fibre based, ie bread, cereal etc
