Ideas for tasters class tonight

Its our tasting class tonight. Does anyone have any ideas what I could make/take?

I'm taking on Saturday to group..... The acti fry to do hot chips (people have asked what it's like) I will also take "breaded onion rings" and maybe if I get time I'll take the blender and do a strawberry thick shshakes

i normally take a load of printed sheets with things I have spoke about in class, like my pasta sauce, petes peanut curry etc..... That goes down well if you don't have time to cook as people like new things to cook.

I look forward to taster week and get very upset if I ever have to miss one lol

we have got ours next week & I am going to attempt to make scotch eggs. gotta go shopping at the weekend for the bits
