Last night I was hungry for the first time in 7 weeks lol
So I went asda and had some ready cooked meat. I had:
Chicken
Ham
Babybell x 2
Boiled egg out of a scotch egg
Used a ketostix this morning and now I'm out of ketosis :(
I know it's because I ate to much but will I put weight on rapid as there was no carbs in chicken, ham and babybell. Prob a bit in the egg
Any advice welcome lol

lol - sounds lovely to me !
everyones body works differently with ketosis - so you might get back in really quickly.and again no real way of telling what the scales will say - it doesnt seem to bad to me cos it is pretty much all protein. stick to plan from now on, up the water & keep your fingers crossed - good luck !

Cheese is notorious for affecting losses and even ketosis. Perhaps you are sensitive to it? Had you eaten the entire Scotch Egg I would have said ah yeah - the breadcrumbs! But you didn't, bless ya!

Just flush it all out with water and start afresh. You might get back into ketosis overnight since you ate mostly protein.
