Yes you can do that,or you can cut back half a point for 3 days,or just draw a line and move one !!
I really dont think that going over by a little on one day makes a whole load of difference-unless you do it regularly
some people use their points weekly ie your daily allowance x 7, and just deduct daily-so ok you have more some days than other but it averages out through the week -i hope that makes sense !!
me too sofa girl i like control and would feel out of control doin this.
on day one i would eat chinese, chocolate, crisp, roasters, cream cakes on day two >>> oops thats me starvin for the rest of the week then! lol! fab if it works for others tho x
