If I log it all here maybe I won't kid myself!!

I've been trying to do SW for over 6 months now and my weight is still the same. I socialise too much that's my problem, eating out and drinking alcohol, I also have a very sweet tooth. I am not good at cooking for myself either and often miss an evening meal which I'm sure doesn't help me. So I have decided to log everything that goes into my mouth on here, it may stop me from sneaking the odd glass of wine or having that cake if I know I'm being watched, also the weeks I feel I have been quite good and not lost anything someone maybe able to tell me why. I have lost 3lbs in the first week of new year so this diary starts week 2.Thanks for reading

Day 1 - RED
B 1 grapefruit + ff natural yogurt with frozen berries
L Tuna Salad + 4 rivita sesame (HEB)
D Didn't have one!
snacks jar of cockles, 2 banana's some grapes and a sugar free jelly which I guess is 1 syn
HEA 350ml skimmed milk x 2

Day 2 - GREEN
B 2 weetabix with milk from HEA + Kiwi and FF natural yogurt
L Jacket Potato with baked beans and salad
D rice pudding made with milk from 2nd HEA and canderel
snacks grapes and apple

Day 3 - EE
B 2 weetabix with milk from HEA + berries with ff natural yogurt
L Ham salad
D 2 eggs, mushrooms and SW chips
snacks apple, grapes and 2 small banana's

So I would say I have been good so far this week, what do you guys say??

That all looks fine. Better than me! On salads are you having lots of salad cream or Mayo?
