Get some Morrisons Puffed Wheat...Sugar puffs without the sugar.

I weighed them out and only just fit them in the bowl! 28g is loads! Yay

Lovely with sweetner on :)

Has any one tried the wheat crunchy things you can have 42g of? they are ok ad you get loads can have 2 breakfasts for one HEB
 
to have the puffed wheat as an hex you have to have 2 scan bran too and this is where i struggled and to be fair didnt find the puffed wheat that nice either
 
Sounds like a plan. Thinking back on things I must have eaten around 1000 calories for breakfast alone with the amount of crunchy nut I was eating!
 
Sorry, i have to be the one to say it here,.. i thought this was a good idea also, but no amount of sweetner could stop me from gagging! i couldnt finish 2 spoonfuls let alone the whole bowl! YUCK! lol
 
Lol...I like Puffed wheat, with loads of sweetner on it, you can convince yourself that you are eating Sugar Puffs!....(well almost!). I used to eat mine in a casserole bowl (the only dish I had big enough!)...I never had the scan bran though...used to have Rivita original instead.
