If something is deep fried..

..and free, would you just syn the oil?

I tried a rice ball last night (which is made with risotto rice and a teeny bit of mozzarella which I'm counting as my hexa) .. Do I just syn the oil, and how much? :/

There's no way to work out the amount of oil. I would put it quite high because of the surface area of rice even if made into a ball. To be honest if it were me I would accept it wasn't the best of choices and move on x
