I assume that must be right, but if you don't know the fiber in some food item, just enter zero into the calculator, right?
Here in Japan, the fat, protein and carbs are usually very detailed on the package. More so than in the U.S. even. But it is rare for fiber to be listed. Sometimes it is if they want to brag about it. But usually it's not.
In that case, I should just enter 0, right?
