Yay for the scales on eBay that's a fab bargain I wouldn't pay any more than I should either it really is worth it to shop around for things

So I'm feeling rubbish this morning, I had a terrible night last night, I switched my phone off in the hope that it would help me sleep and it didn't :-( Think I got about 4 hours and that included getting up for the toilet 3 times. Really can't go on like this, it's driving me nuts! X

Cant u take anything for it hun. I had that nytol for a while. I used to put lavender on my pillow 2 and that was realy gud.x
 
I go through stages like this, its horrible. Hope you get a good night soon, perhaps try out some of the suggestions on the previous post, you've got nothing to lose

Tried all those sorts of things and nothing works :-( I can't take proper Sleeping meds cos of my other meds :-( I know I'm going to feel knackered by this afternoon but then wide awake this evening again, just trying to keep busy. So far I've stripped the beds off, boiled eggs, prepped tonight's dinner and made pancakes! X

I go through stages like this, its horrible. Hope you get a good night soon, perhaps try out some of the suggestions on the previous post, you've got nothing to lose

Oh no serena that's not good. Have you tried anything like having a bath before bed or doing a bit of yoga in the evening that really relaxes all your muscles and everything. You could get a class up on you tube or sonething

Sorry to hear that you couldn't sleep. Apparently things like a warm milky drink before bed, having a bath before bed with lavender oil, not using electronics in your bedroom all help.

Thanks Sweeties for your thoughts, I'm hoping that a change of scenery and fresh air might do me good this week, I didn't sleep too badly when I was away last night, maybe it was the fresh air or maybe it was the crumbles, croissants and chip butties ;-) x

When is it you are off for your second holiday? Hopefully another change of scenery will help.

We leave tomorrow morning :) Im plodding on with the packing, just doing Poppy's Portions of Snacks and then I'm going to make lunch. Feeling ok so far but think the tiredness will just hit me when I sit down! X

Hey Sweetie, You might need a week to catch up on my diary ;-)

My Losses have been Steady and other than my Holiday Week I have lost each week.

My tips would be ...

Useyour Weeklies for one Treat/Cheat Tracked Meal per week! I was always scared to use mine and since starting to use them in Week 4, my losses have gone from strength to strength! I've used them on such things as Dominos, Fresh Cream Meringues, Pic n Mix Sweets, my losses speak for themselves :)

I also track EVERYTHING even 0pp Foods, that way I can see what works and what doesn't work, a moment on a lips is a lifetime on the hips so that lick of a bowl or chip off someone's plate must be counted if we are to succeed!

If you get stuck on anyone feel free to ask :) I know how daunting it can be but we are a friendly bunch ;-) x
